Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and jackhammers safely
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure structural compliance
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and electricians on complex builds
- Perform quality checks on completed installations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/construction labor experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme temperatures
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and measurement equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
