Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and masonry tasks to project specifications
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) with OSHA certification
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for precise material installation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on residential/commercial sites
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and dispose of hazardous materials
- Complete daily progress reports and quality assurance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and calculation
- Flexibility to travel between Jacksonville, FL and Texas sites
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
