Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, framing, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Maintain safety compliance at all job sites
- Collaborate with subcontractors and project managers
- Perform quality checks on completed work
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong understanding of local building codes
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
