Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete work including pouring, finishing, and form installation
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Perform structural framing, roofing, and MEP installations per blueprints
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks
- Coordinate with subcontractors and supervisors to maintain project timelines
- Implement erosion control and environmental compliance protocols
- Maintain detailed daily progress reports and material inventory logs
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and state-specific trade licenses
- Proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and CAD drawings
- Physical ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class A/B CDL license with clean driving record preferred
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania building codes and permitting processes
- Experience with LEED-certified sustainable construction practices
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
