Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, and rough-in tasks.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from supervisors accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
