Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and NFPA electrical safety standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialized testing equipment
- Coordinate with project managers and team members on timelines
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Wisconsin Electrician Journeyman License required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
