Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Lead teams on complex projects while mentoring junior electricians
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients for seamless project execution
- Document work orders, maintenance reports, and safety compliance records
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional electrical experience with verifiable references
- Valid Virginia Electrician Journeyman or Master license required
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit design, and power distribution systems
- Expertise in troubleshooting PLC systems and industrial automation
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy installations (solar/wind)
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments (heights, confined spaces)
