Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing emergencies (leaks, clogs, burst pipes)
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for accurate installations
- Ensure all work complies with North Carolina plumbing codes and regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid North Carolina plumbing license (required)
- Proficiency in pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installation
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex issues
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Physical stamina for working in various environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
