Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Adhere to California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform hydrojetting and trenchless pipe rehabilitation
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers
- Maintain inventory and service vehicles
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a licensed California plumber
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in water heater installation and repair
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Background checks and drug-free workplace compliance
