Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, and fixture malfunctions
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for system layouts
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and filtration systems
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed project documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license or journeyman certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Expertise in copper, PEX, and PVC piping systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Background check and drug screening required
