Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Identify and efficiently repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Installation: Install and maintain piping systems, water heaters, and fixtures according to local codes and blueprints.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, explaining technical issues clearly and offering professional solutions.
- Inspection: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system integrity and safety compliance.
- Tools & Safety: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and adhere to all OSHA safety standards while on job sites.
- Documentation: Complete accurate job reports, time logs, and invoicing for every service call.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold a valid Journeyman Plumber license in the State of Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Tools: Own or have reliable access to a comprehensive set of plumbing tools.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
