Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor on residential/commercial construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials
- Complete daily task assignments under supervision
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Team player with positive attitude
- Willingness to travel to Florida projects
