Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Install fixtures, pipes, and water treatment systems
- Perform emergency service calls with 24/7 rotation
- Adhere to safety codes and local regulations
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory
- Provide transparent quotes and customer consultations
- Collaborate with apprentices and junior technicians
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and on-call shifts
- Background in residential and commercial plumbing
- Excellent customer communication abilities
