Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with certification
- Install structural frameworks and finishing materials per blueprints
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards on all job sites
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and safety checks

- Document daily progress and material usage reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift license
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions

- Reliable transportation and clean background check
- Flexibility for rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
