Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with NEC and Massachusetts electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues during night operations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for system optimization
- Document work orders and maintain safety compliance records
- Perform emergency repairs during off-hours to minimize operational downtime
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven night shift work history preferred
- Expert knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
