Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform inspections, testing, and repairs on transformers, circuit breakers, and wiring
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and NEC safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
- Document all work performed with detailed reports and certifications
- Travel to Pennsylvania job sites as required (mileage reimbursed)
- Lead emergency response calls during night shifts
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license (Illinois or Pennsylvania required)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Expertise in reading electrical schematics and blueprints
- OSHA 10/30 certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to PA
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
