Responsibilities

- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead emergency response calls during off-hours
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
- Document work orders and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid California Electrical License (or reciprocity-ready)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, motor control, and PLC systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
