Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Perform emergency repairs and preventative maintenance during night shifts
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and electrical codes
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless project continuity
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Electrical Journeyman License required
- 3+ years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven night shift work history with strong time management
- Expertise in troubleshooting 120V-480V systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC and Minnesota state codes
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
