Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings during night shift hours
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation for precise system modifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local electrical safety protocols
- Lead emergency response teams for critical electrical failures during off-peak hours
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and emerging technologies
- Document all maintenance activities using our digital tracking system
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience with night shift background
- Valid Ohio Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Proven expertise in PLC systems, VFDs, and industrial automation
- OSHA 30 certification with current first/CPR credentials
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility environments
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC 2020 updates and local regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
