Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve emergency plumbing issues during night shifts
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater repairs
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for accurate project execution
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
- Document service reports and maintain client communication records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Colorado plumbing license and EPA 608 certification
- Expertise in residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for emergency troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Physical stamina for confined spaces and heavy lifting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
