Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Respond to emergency night shift service calls within 30 minutes
- Diagnose complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues
- Comply with OSHA safety protocols and building codes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for large-scale projects
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation
- Maintain inventory and equipment in company vehicles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Flexibility for rotating weekend shifts
