Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shifts (8 PM - 8 AM)
- Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, water heater failures, and pipe bursts
- Install plumbing fixtures, water systems, and gas lines per code requirements
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial plumbing systems
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Ohio plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for emergency situations
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
