Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Perform emergency service calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Install new plumbing systems according to blueprints and codes
- Conduct pipefitting and welding tasks for complex projects
- Inspect systems and provide maintenance recommendations
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Colorado Master Plumber license required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability for flexible night shift schedule
