Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency calls during night hours with 30-minute dispatch guarantee
- Diagnose pipe bursts, clogs, leaks, and fixture malfunctions
- Perform hydro-jetting and trenchless sewer repairs
- Inspect and maintain water heaters, boilers, and HVAC connections
- Document service reports using digital tablets and submit daily logs
- Maintain inventory in service vehicles and order parts as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Tennessee Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Proficiency with trenchless repair technologies
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response certification preferred
- Experience with digital diagnostic tools
