Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install fixtures, pipes, and water filtration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and boiler systems
- Adhere to NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Document service reports and maintain inventory
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- NYS Master Plumber license required
- Valid NYC DOHMH plumbing certification
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable vehicle
- Emergency response experience essential
