Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency calls during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members for seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory records
- Provide exceptional customer communication during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-12)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills under emergency conditions
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
