Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential/commercial settings
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and provide efficient solutions
- Perform emergency repairs during night shifts, including burst pipes, clogs, and water heater failures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and local building codes while working independently or with team members
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools
- Collaborate with dispatch team to prioritize urgent calls and optimize route efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-36) required
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience with night shift or emergency service background
- Expert knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, techniques, and local codes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously in high-pressure situations
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
