Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install and repair water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Adhere to Seattle plumbing codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
- Maintain detailed service reports and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-stress emergency situations
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 10 certification and EPA 608 certification
- Proven emergency response and after-hours service experience
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
