Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in site preparation and material handling
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction materials and debris at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and project timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or heavy labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic tool operation knowledge (hammers, drills, etc.)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in outdoor environments for extended periods
- Pass background/drug screening (pre-employment)
