Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying (50+ lbs)
- Adapt to diverse weather conditions and project timelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic hand tool knowledge (training available)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Punctuality and consistent attendance required
- Willingness to travel between Milwaukee and Texas sites
