Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Troubleshoot malfunctions using diagnostic tools and meters
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers for project completion
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of materials
- Provide emergency on-call support (rotating schedule)
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrical license (or reciprocity with GA license)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proficiency in residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- Strong diagnostic skills with multimeters and circuit testers
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
