Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Respond to emergency calls within 2 hours in Denver metro area
- Install new plumbing fixtures and systems per code requirements
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and camera inspections
- Conduct safety checks and provide maintenance recommendations
- Complete detailed work orders and maintain customer communication
- Collaborate with team leads on complex troubleshooting projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing experience with valid Colorado state license
- Strong diagnostic skills for water leaks, clogs, and system failures
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work evenings/weekends on emergency rotation
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and permit processes
- Clean driving record and background check clearance
