Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale renovation projects
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed service reports
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid plumbing license in DC or Georgia (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong diagnostic skills with pipefitting tools and equipment
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent physical condition for lifting/carrying materials
