Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install new piping, drains, and plumbing equipment per code requirements
- Perform emergency repairs during off-hours on-call rotation
- Inspect plumbing systems and provide maintenance recommendations
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers on large projects
- Maintain detailed service reports and inventory logs
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical stamina for confined space work and lifting 50+ lbs
