Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools

- Ensure all work complies with Seattle building codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for assigned projects

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Proven expertise in water heater installation, pipefitting, and drain clearing
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
