Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls within 2-hour service windows
- Install, repair, and maintain water systems, pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Diagnose issues using advanced leak detection and camera inspection tools
- Perform backflow prevention testing and certification
- Comply with MA plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide detailed estimates and customer consultations
- Maintain service vehicle and inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (required)
- Backflow certification and gas line installation permit
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Strong diagnostic abilities and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and valid MA driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response availability (24/7 rotation)
