Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install pipes, fixtures, and water systems per NYC codes
- Perform emergency service calls and weekend shifts
- Inspect plumbing systems and recommend upgrades
- Collaborate with contractors for renovation projects
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years plumbing experience required
- Valid NYC Master Plumber license mandatory
- Emergency response availability (24/7 on-call)
- Strong knowledge of NYC plumbing codes
- Experience with commercial/residential systems
- Physical ability to handle tools/lifting (50 lbs)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
