Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipes
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and plumbing fixtures
- Perform emergency response calls for leaks, clogs, and burst pipes
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with Florida building codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Florida state plumbing license required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- CPR certification preferred
- Experience with trenchless technology a plus
