Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for accurate installations
- Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC and water systems
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency services during weekends and after-hours rotations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Proficient with pipefitting tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
