Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, drains)
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and backflow preventers
- Respond to emergency calls within 2-hour SLA
- Inspect plumbing systems for code compliance
- Prepare detailed service reports and invoices
- Maintain inventory of parts and tools
- Train apprentices on safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years plumbing experience with CA license
- Valid California Plumber's License (C-36)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Emergency response availability (weekends/nights)
- Background check and drug test required
