Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose water leaks, pipe bursts, and drainage issues using advanced tools
- Perform fixture installations (sinks, toilets, water heaters) and pipe replacements
- Comply with DC building codes and safety regulations
- Provide emergency plumbing services with rapid response capabilities
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Maintain clean worksites and professional client communication
Qualifications
- Valid District of Columbia plumbing license (Master/Journeyman)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential plumbing experience
- OSHA 10 certification and backflow prevention training
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and video inspection tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work nights/weekends for emergency calls
