Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to emergency calls during weekend shifts for burst pipes and leaks
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials for upcoming projects
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Provide detailed service reports and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- NYS Master Plumber license (or equivalent multi-state certification)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting systems
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently during emergency weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and physical stamina
- CPR and OSHA safety certifications preferred
