Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs and installations for residential/commercial clients
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and provide accurate cost estimates
- Execute weekend on-call duties with 24/7 emergency response
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of plumbing materials
- Document service reports and maintain client communication logs
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina plumbing license required
- 3+ years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic skills for pipe bursts, leaks, and fixture repairs
- Ability to work independently in emergency situations
- Proficiency with plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
