Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
- Install and maintain structural frameworks (steel, wood, masonry)
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, power tools)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and project blueprints
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams on complex commercial builds
- Inspect and maintain equipment for optimal performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in extreme weather
- Commercial construction background preferred
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel between Houston and Florida sites
