Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate power tools and equipment safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Read blueprints and execute tasks per supervisor instructions
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and demolition work as needed
- Collaborate with tradespeople to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
