Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/residential electrical systems
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics for complex projects
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical failures using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with contractors and project managers
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
Qualifications
- Valid state electrician license (CA or TX)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in troubleshooting 3-phase systems
- Proficiency with EMT, conduit, and busway installations
- Strong knowledge of California Title 24/Texas energy codes
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
