Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with California Electrical Code and OSHA standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Respond to emergency calls during weekend shifts with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of journeyman-level electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (Class C-10)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems
- Proficiency with conduit bending, load calculations, and transformer installations
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
