Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Quickly identify and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Installation: Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances according to local codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative repairs to ensure system longevity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and local plumbing codes strictly.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly with clients, provide estimates, and ensure a clean work area.
- Tools: Utilize specialized plumbing tools and equipment efficiently.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Indiana Journeyman Plumbing License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional commercial and residential plumbing experience.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Transportation: Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
