Responsibilities
- Perform emergency repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
- Interact professionally with customers, explaining repairs and providing transparent cost estimates.
- Adhere strictly to all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the customer's home or business.
- Complete and submit accurate time sheets and job reports daily.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable work experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and drainage systems.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
