Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems (water lines, drains, fixtures)
- Install new plumbing systems and fixtures per code requirements
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Conduct pipe fitting, valve repairs, and water heater installations
- Use advanced leak detection technology for precise troubleshooting
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of plumbing supplies
- Document service reports and maintain customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State Plumber License required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Clean driving record and ability to operate service vehicles
- Background check and drug screening required
- Experience with tankless water heaters and PEX systems
